I'm not looking forward to today very much. I work 11:00am to 8:30pm.....I know I'm lucky that I have a job at a time like this but thats just a really long shift without a break because you can't really take one if your the only working that whole time.

You know most of the time when I meet new people they are really mean to me and I just don't understand it. I try to be a good person and always be nice to people but they always give me such a hard time that I don't think its worth trying to be nice to people anymore.

Most of you who have been reading my journal for anytime you know about my deep depression I have been dealing with for the last 5 years or so. Well these last 2 or 3 days have been really nice for me and I haven't been feeling the depression as much but now it's back again.

I don't know why I end up cutting my arms when I'm crying....It's almost just automatic now....I'm starting to think this is just the way I am and I need to learn to live with it.

This is not a good morning at all.
