Spam on SG.com?

I think I just got somesort of spam on here... The following was in my inbox (I took out the actual email):

I'm not sure who it is, it was sent to me from a non visitable profile with no picture. Whatever it is it's bullshit! Good thing for my fake email... I'll let y'all know what happpens...
