Clearly I'm not meant to have a job.
Can someone explain to me how I can have more than 10 years retail experience, 3 of those in management, and yet I can't even get a job shelving cd's at Musicworld? Other than the evil key place, I haven't even gotten any interviews, even though I applied to dozens of places that advertised they were hiring. The chistmas hiring period is almost over. I really can't believe I haven't even been able to get seasonal work.
On a brighter note, yesterday was my birthday! Anyone who reads Librarygirl's posts knows what I got in the way of a present
I'll be getting a more tangible present from her in a couple weeks. My parents also sent me a card and a gift certificate, which was really ridiculous of them, seeing as how they just spent $600 buying me (and LG) plane tickets home for christmas.
I think that first line should probably read "Clearly I'm meant not to have a job." No, actually I think either way is fine. Whatever.
