A Dog Tale

For those of you how don't know I have got a puppy, a boxer called Opie(yes from Sons Of Anarchy)

Had him a few months now and it's safe to say that he's a bloody idiot. I have had dogs all my life and he is, with out a shadow of a doubt, one of the simplest ones.

Took him for a walk up to the cricket pitch, and for a few days there was this small orange glove on the pitch. He wasn't interested in the glove at all. Didn't even warrant a snif, until his ball hit it that is.

So he's running around like am idiot with this glove in his mouth. Im trying to get him back to playing with the ball but there must be something magical about this glove coz he's not interested in his ball at alll.

I turn my back on him for 2mins to go and pick up his ball, only to turn around and see him swallow. Swallow what? I think you can guess.

So im having a look around to make sure that I can't see this glove........no glove. Should be easy to see its bloody bright orange!

After checking what to do online and a phone call to the vet we now need to play the waiting game.

This isnt the first thing that dear Opie has eaten that he shouldn't. We have had to rearrange the house in order to keep everything out of his way.

While out then on friday we popped into the butchers for some goodies and he had some dog treats
