Everything is Virginia Tech today.
Is there a way to prevent something like this? I don't think so. It's like...if someone wants to:
- get a gun
- go to a public place and start shooting
....how can they be stopped? If you make owning a handgun illegal, then people will just break the law to get them. Plenty of people do that now. I just don't know.
My friends who live in Israel say "we don't worry about suicide bombers, because they *want* us to stop living. We won't change our lives because someone might blow themselves up, then they'd win." Good point.
My favorite SG ever, Benni, has passed away. This happened a few days ago, but I just found out yesterday. Come on, April! Why are you sucking so badly??
In other news, I don't know why I like that Geico gecko so much. The accent's just so cute! What I don't get is this: do you remember how he was all pissed, because people'd call him when they wanted Geico? So he hated Geico at first, then he was employee of the month, and now he's their spokes-lizard.
