My laptop was supposed to come today, but it didn't. All because UPS suck. Or at least they were not able to leave it with my neighbour, they needed me to sign for it.
But they cannot give an expected delivery time, they cannot arrange a drop off time and they can't redirect or arrange for a pickup before a first failed attempt.
My question is, why is this company still in business? In this current climate of "the customer is always right" how can such obvious poor customer service be tolerated? Because there aren't any better options, thats why.
Still, enough moaning. Not only is my Girlfriend famous, she is the most famous of the famous people
