so today is the day i fly back to the UK. i'm not looking forward to having the americans at the airport flip out about my shoes again.

but i am happy that my dad is taking me to the truckstop gift shop on the way to the airport to buy a cowgirl hate. oops, i meant cowgirl hat. if i can find a cheap one that fits i can wear it all around london with a short skirt, shiny black boots and a few spikes and chains because fashion is so much fun. and maybe i'll make a t-shirt to go with the whole ensemble that says 'i'm afraid of americans'. but i can say things like that because i;m an expat. you cant cuz i'll kick you in the teeth with my kickin' foot, ya rednecks.

i really hope that the plane is full of young children that can't stay in their seat and insist that you have conversations with them until their parents come over and grab them away and tell them not to talk to crazy people like myself because people who look like me are serial killers, when in fact, its the guy sitting next to them that fits the serial killer type of being white, male, 25-40 years old, and completely normal and boring in everyway.

well, at least i'm feeling happy in a healthy cynical kind of way and i'm looking forward to buying cheap whiskey at the airport. life is good.
