sometimes i feel like i'm naked and lying in the fetal postition on the floor of a public toilet--and the floor is really cold and i can't stop shaking. and people come in and walk by me and try to avoid me while pretending that they're not really trying to avoid anything and that they really just dont see.
i cant figure out what it is that i have to do to make this feeling go away.

Do you suffer from low self-esteem at all? I do and it affects me. I hope people on this site like me can help in some small way by being friends with you.
your pain is valuable in that it comforts me...
perhaps that is all relationships are:
selfish interactions designed to give us the illusion of being understood & to take the edge off the reality of our utter solitude...
or maybe i'm just really negative, cynical, &/or bitter...
