Things have been up and down lately. Finally got the actual number of how much money i'm getting for my ill health retirement or whatever from work... Exactly as much as I thought it would be in my head. That's good at least... I know i've got it. Hurrah.
Today I went shopping... Bought a copy of Micro Machines for the Megadrive (Genesis), also some tools to start putting together my Warhammer 40,000 Ork force. Whilst I was shopping though I got hit by one of the worst anxiety attacks i've had in a very long time... It was very horrible and I felt like death. Sat on a bench for a while... Am sure people looking at me probably thought I was some kind of drug addict lol... I was shaking and sweating and generally unable to stay still or look up away from my feet. *sigh* Every time I start thinking i'm getting better something like this happens... And it reminds me that this is a part of my life now. It makes me so miserable and depressed... I know that going to anywhere crowded is an extremely bad idea. Can't go to see bands live or conventions or anything like that... I feel so broken.
Meh... Positive stuff..? I dunno... Money and getting in to Warhammer 40,000 I suppose. Those are good. Is my birthday next month... Gonna be in London for that... Mainly hidden away. Though shall go out for awesome food at many points... Because there are all sorts of amazing food places in London. Plus I really love China Town =D

Well i'm gonna lay on my futon and drink lots of tea... Try and feel better. My head hasn't fully recovered from the crappy day... And i've had 10 hours sleep and a couple of hours on the phone between the shopping crappiness and now!
