Well I aint posted in over a week *shrug* just stuck between a blank brain and not really any new pictures to post. I hate only having old stuff to post, but I rarely ever seem to end up in front of a camera nowdays... And taking selfies aint quite my thing because they just don't quite come out right or really express me as myself (If that makes sense). So eh... Here's a photo from just under a couple of years ago... On my first ever canal boat trip! It was pretty cool actually. Alot of work though. I was really good at jumping off the boat for mooring or sorting out the locks! Never fell in =P
So what am I up to currently? Well i've recently bought the latest Ork Codex for Warhammer 40,000. Haven't played in a long time... But I always buy the latest Ork codex to see what they're like. I love Games Workshops Orks... Though mainly their older Orks when they were full of more dark humour and silliness. Squig curry and fungus beer for all!!! My Ork Warboss has always been a Blood Axe called Kaptin BadGit (and Da Wrekkin' Krew). I think my old Ork Warboss shall be downgraded to a Freebooter Kaptin (With ties to the Blood Axe clan still) in this latest incarnation of Warhammer 40,000. At least for now. Ever since the 3rd Battle for Armageddon campaign he's been on the run (Or that's an in character way of explaining why he hasn't appeared in 40k for ages, apart from the fact I haven't been playing!). Fighting for the Imperial side instead of the Ork side has labelled him as a "Treacherous Git" and any real Ork would probably want him dead. The fact the Imperial side didn't really win on Armageddon means he recieved no payment for his assistance and considering he's an alien the Imperium would no doubt get rid of him as soon as they could. I also figured since Orks get larger with each victory, maybe they get smaller with each loss..? Plus Kaptin BadGit has always relied on plenty of Dakka instead of brute force in melee to get the job done.
Why'd he fight for the Imperial side? Aside from the chance to get paid in Imperial weaponry and wargear of course. He hates Warlord Ghazghkull and the Goff clan (Obvious opposites to the Blood Axe clan) because they're too brutal and short sighted.
So currently he's floating around in space with a small group of his most trusted boyz... In a stolen Imperial Cobra class destroyer (It's the smallest of the Imperial Navy ships. He stole it in a previous campaign where he ended up having to run away from a Tyranid Hive Fleet eating the system he was in). His last battle a Deathwatch Kill Team tried to assassinate him as he and his boyz were camped on a planet resupplying. The Kill Team almost got him... But as he ran up a tower whilst constantly pushing other orks in between him and his would be assassins he managed to teleport out of there in the last second.
Why go to such lengths to make a background for a character when you don't need any of that junk to just play the game? It's fun! It's good to write a storyline and background for characters you play... Especially when that storyline and background are made from actual games you've played . It makes you more invested in your characters and how they perform on the battlefield.

Yeah no vehicles... But plenty of Dakka!!! I don't play 40k to kick ass... I play it for fun and I love shooty Orks! The force may be tweaked and changes though...
What else have I been doing..? Err not a whole lot. Going to a friend's birthday party tonight... Catch up with a bunch of guys I haven't seen in a very long time (It may of been a year roughly!) and drink some beers and ales!!! Shall be fairly cool. Hope my anxiety doesn't kick in.
