So what have I been up to eh..? Bet you thought I stopped blogging again! Hah... Not quite yet *shrug*
Last Thursday I went and played MTG EDH with a bunch of friends. 6 way multiplayer my Nicol Bolas deck won (Barely), 3 way multiplayer Nicol Bolas won again (By luck really!), 3rd 3 way game I lost though. Felt rather sad when my friends said that my deck was extremely un-fun to play against. I don't feel like I use any broken cards or stupid combos... I just steal or copy stuff! I listed my deck list in a previous blog post... It's really not broken!
Friday I felt ill... Sucked but oh well. Think the heat just made me feel rather sick. I recovered fairly quickly at least! Whatever it was didn't stay long.
Saturday I travelled to London!!! Saw my lady... Went to her roller derby practice and hung out with the roller girls at a pub afterwards. Got a talk from one of the Canadian girls that boosted my confidence about attempting to go in to Games QA Testing. Was a very tiring day though... Didn't sleep well and had to run about London straight after I arrived there. Nice day though! Also found a copy of Dynasty Warriors 2... Now I have 1/2/3/4/5!
Sunday was a very restful day. I worked on my CV for when i'm looking for a new job. It's looking pretty good so far! Fingers crossed!
Monday me and my lady headed out to a place called The Loading Bar. Played a few indie games there... Talked to a few game developers. Was pretty cool. Only down side was that it was practically on the opposite side of London... So it was a very long and tiring journey and I couldn't really stay there very long.
Tuesday was a lazy day. Lots of naps and cuddles really.
Today... Or well yeah... Headed home to Plymouth in the morning. Had a work meeting and got some awesome news about medical retirement from the job... A lot more awesome than what I was expecting! Still in a little shock from the news... But needless to say it was awesome and hurrah!!! I get around £14600! Shall help a ton when I leave Plymouth. Next Thursday I shall have the money hopefully... Am planning on buying a new laptop and phone. The rest of my money is going to be saved. Though there has been talk about investing some of it.

Tonight / Tomorrow (I shall sleep at some point today!) I will be heading out to probably play more EDH... Even though I feel sad that people hate playing against my deck.
