Okay, so this really sucks. The home I was going to buy had major problems. The inspection was a real eye-opener. So now I'm not buying that house afterall.
I got a me a home. My offer was accepted on a 3,100 sq feet ranch-like home south of twon. It's on 2.3 acres and a creek runs through the property.

Didn't get that house. My offer was rejected. Maybe I won't move afterall. Maybe I'll eat myself to death!

thank you! no not retired, just busy, but hopefully I'll shoot another this month. 
I'm beginning to understand that I will be eaten alive this year on my taxes. I mean my income jumped 580% when I started my own law firm. So, I am seriously thinking about buying a house. This will give me a rock solid investment and enable me to write off the interest.

Went to see the SG show in Seattle. It was wonderful. The girls were a wet dream on stage. Very powerful and even artistic. Have they got a video out yet, I wonder?
