Ever take a good look around and think to yourself, "You know, I'm damn lucky that I've got what I've got in life"? I sure did two days ago. It's amazing how things like anxiety and depression can rob you of your own bigger picture. Medications and Therapy only get you so far, in the end it's up to you to find your happiness, and oddly enough often you find it close to home.
"The best advice is often the hardest to take" a fortune cookie told me the other day. Looking around at the big crowd of familiar faces two days ago it struck me, "Stop and smell the roses" was one thing I always hesitate to do. So I looked around at my friends smiling.. and by some small miracle, I smiled too. Imagine that!
