So I had to head to Austin for a couple of days for a court situation with my ex. It's a long story but it's all bullshit. This is a girl who stole my car, won't let me have my dogs back , and broke or kept a ton of my shit. Why you ask? Because I broke up with her for being too hostile. Hmmmmm...Think I was right? Maybe. The day I went to move my shit out things got out of hand with her and I had to call the police on her for trying to steal my guitar and attacking me after I restrained her . Now, I have a bullshit legal charge that will be dismissed this next week. Part of the reason I have been in such a good mood the last few days is because I have found out that the police officers from all three times I called the police on her are going to testify in my defense, as well as getting a statment from the detective in charge of family violence on my behalf. This girl has attempted to ruin my life for over a year because she got her feelings hurt.

Well after going to Austin for my first court apperance in a year over this shit I drove three hours, out of my own pocket and rented a hotel room to walk with my lawyer to the court house and sit for fifteen minutes so I could state that I"m not guilty and then found out that I won't be going to trial till next week or maybe the week after, where the DA and my attorney are going to present to the judge that they have decided to dismiss the charges! I'm happy that nothing is comming out of her complaint, but I'm frustrated that I have to keep going back for all this little shit. Plus, I"m out a ton of cash to prove I'm innocent of something that was bullshit to start with. AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY DOGS BACK OR MY STUFF!

Oh well. I'm going to be happy when it's over and then...well then boys and girls I'm going to sue the bitch. I'm not vidictive and this isn't to make her life a pain in the ass. I just miss my pups.
