So today is my last day of smoking. Tomorrow is my first day of my new fitness regime. I am also attempting to severely change my diet. I will keep you all updated, hopefully daily as toy progress. I am going on holiday in October, for some winter sun, I want a completely new attitude, new body, new life style by then. So all I can do is go day by day until I reach my goal.
