I didn't make it up at 4:00 today. My body hurt so bad I couldn't reach over to get the alarm for a good 2 or 3 minutes. I got up at 5:45 instead. I cannot figure out why I hurt so bad. My back, knees, hands, ribs. It's not just a dull ache, either. Really accute pain. Advil and Aleve only take it so far, too.
The only thing that's ever really helped was massage...but who has time for that?
