I have discovered that the older I get, the less tolerant of personal stuff I have become. I am single.
Now, according to populist media, this means that I am needy, clingy, desperate and cannot survive without a man (or woman). Erm... not exactly... Single is a lifestyle choice, not a challenge.... I'm feisty and temperamental. And... occasionally I zone out... in the middle of a sentence. Hey, I'm a writer... sometimes my squirrelly little brain just ups and wanders off to a whole other place. This can be unbelievably difficult to live with. Sometimes, single is just single. I'm happy to be me, I'm not saying never, but no rush...
