I am about to go insane. I dont know what the fuck to do. If I keep all this shit inside, I will fucking explode in a matter of hours. I fucking hate feeling this way. My mind keeps on going through these scenarios on everything and anything that could be said done or what ever if I open up. For now I feel like I am going mental.

You gotta find somewhere to let it out. That kind of insanity thrives in darkness and withers in the light. Doesn't matter a lot who you let it out to -- someone who will accept you as you are and not judge is good, but that can be family, friend, shrink, e-acquaintance, or even a journal or PostSecret. But let it out -- get some perspective on things and it will help. I guarantee it -- been there, done that. blackeyed
