why is trying to find a new apartment so hard? I like looking at new places but landlords are a-holes. I have a place that I like and the guy says he has someone else interest... oh right so I should just sign now. That's fine I will wait, what that person didn't sign wow I'm shocked. So like I said before I will take it at a lower price, you don't want to do that okay I will keep lookin. One day later... oh that price is fine okay sent the paper work over. The last kicker is the 5225 deposit........ WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT FOR!! I'm renting it not putting a down payment on it. This is a month of back and forth to get to this point mean while this place sits open this guy is losing money but keeps dickin around with me. I feel like I should just walk away but I put so much time into this I don't want to.
