Hello SG Land! So, today's homework is "7/7 Whats on your summer reading list", but here in Brazil, it will take a long time for the summer to arrive, so I'd better change to my winter list, don't you think?!
Ok, but you must be thinking "it's always summer in Brazil, right?", Wrong! Oh, but, I wish so much it was true... Here where I live, in the southern part, it is cold practically all the year, including in the summer. So a winter list is a lot more appropriate, I believe.
All the books on this list I've already started reading, but I stopped. Two of them a few weeks ago, two of them years ago!
They are:
Game of Thrones - Book 1 - George R. R. Martin
The Wizard of Oz - L. Frank Baum
Sangue de Índio (Indian blood - this is a Brazilian author!)´- Rogério Andrade Barbosa
Sophie's World - Jostein Gaarder
The ones I've been trying to read for years are Game of Thrones and the Sophie's World. But why? No, they are not boring, the problem is that they are heavy and I have a habit of reading on trips, bank row, outdoors and they are too much to load on my purse! Yeah, I'm lazy too. I admit it. But I hope that this winter, as the forecast is of so much rain, I spend a lot of time at home and read all of them!
I'll talk just about this four, because how you can see in the image above, I'm addicted to books and this blog post would be huge! HAHA
