Hello munchkins

karate camp was amazing...mei-mei and mei-wah are now black belts. I couldn't believe that my friends from uni (Bola, Diana and their sister Ester) were at the camp and they all graded up to yellow belts. All graders looked awesome, they showed alot of strength and spirit. They inspired me to attended more karate lessons and to hopefully go for my brown belt in september.

The Tangs and I didn't really didn't really do the whole camping thing, we went to the pub and got takeaways.....shhh don't tell my sensi.

Got an appoinment with shity occupational health this morning....do you wanna know why??!!! because had a chest infection in march and the last time I was off sick before that was june 2005 with another chest infection. I told my boss people do get sick you know!!! Im not super women. I still show up to work even after I had been partying the pervious night. Oh well fuck it. Im gonna have a nice day today....gonna meet mei-mei and go cycling around reagents park.
