What is the definition of "ratchet"? I'm not sure.
A lady came to my door tonight because her husband apparently side-swiped the trashcan (I hadn't gone to pull it back in yet) which took out the passenger side mirror and was demanding to know what I was going to do about it. I went to check out the trashcan and saw that, although it was close to the road, it wasn't actually IN the road and had been turned just a bit.
I was in the kitchen for the last 4 hours and figured I would have heard something, but I hadn't at all. So I'm wondering just what happened earlier...

Its like one word for 'skank ass ho'. Its more a derogatory term meaning your a trashy slut who will do anything for attention.

Ah. Someone told me earlier it simply meant "dirty." Either way, the general consensus in the house is that the driver fucked up and the lady wanted to get angry at someone that wasn't either of them.
