So, to update, the drama seems to have blown over. The pissed off friend showed up at our door last night and said fuck it, I love you guys too much to let this come between us. Which was great, but Dustin still insisted on talking it out. I left the room for that but everything seemed to go fine.

I had a horrible experience...

I know what you mean about feeling content and that is why I actually wrote that journal. If that was a normal state of mind for me, it probably wouldn't occur to me that it was something to document for posterity. NolefDetnaw is like the greatest guy in the world, so that helps on a situational level, but sometimes the world is just such a daunting place. I know how to be personable, I know how to make friends and have a good time, but that place where you're just comfortable ... yeah, not so much!

I'm glad you made peace with your friend. That is always preferable to not being at peace.

Have a great holiday! smile

Is it just the people in this town or is there drama everywhere? Because I've had my share of small town drama and I'm about to start kicking some (dumb) ass.

One of my best friends in the world is refusing to be my friend right now. He e-mailed me saying it is best for me to forget about him and move on, that its...

I totally agree with you there!

It's odd... before I turned 18, I was this carefree person that wasn't afraid of anything. Then, all of a sudden, I don't know what happened, but I felt like I was 50 and I had to settle down whatever.

Oh, and I probably would've been better with my money at that time had I known what I know now haha.

Game 7 tonight! I'm not a big sports fan but its hard not to get into the finals when the hometown team is playing. And playing well. So when I get out of work, I will be watching the second half of the game and annoying Dustin with my constant updates on the score--he refuses to have anything to do with sports. So good luck...

I dislike that we all have to work, but I guess I am lazy. Yeah, I dont think I will be avoiding my seatbelt from now on. I hate getting pulled over. It is so intimidating!

I finally found capris that don't look ridiculous on me. Even better they were on clearance at TJ Maxx.

I am taking my boy to an old school type diner-drive in tonight that he's been wanting to go to for months. He doesn't know it yet though--its a surprise. My new goal is do something new and/or fun at least once a week. Stuff like...

Does anyone have any idea why my computer is randomly kicking me off the internet? It isn't my internet provider because no one else is having these issues. It happens about twice every hour. I get the box telling me internet explorer has encountered a problem a dn needs to shut down. Then I get about 5 stupid ad pop-ups. Grrrr.... ARRR!!!

Tequila sunrises--oh how I...

Moms see what they want to see, and usually focus on the good. You're just her little baby girl (awww).

Poor kitties. I hope someone adopts them. You could bring them to a shelter, and they would probably be adopted right away. That's how we get ours.

As for the Internet problems, I say what everyone else said. Anti-spyware, anti-virus, and Firefox. And to save money, you can try Avast! anti-virus, which is available for free. I use it and it seems to work just fine.

naw. the game really doesn't affect sales or how many ppl we get into the bar. we are mostly a night club type thing - like an after 10 pm crowd.
at least your mom didn't notice your nose ring! wink

Short hair.
Too short.
I look like a pixie.

Hopefully, I'll get used to it.
Oh well, it'll grow out.

My plum highlights are cute though.

Haircut tomorrow. Yay!! And haircolor--double yay!

One more day of work til my weekend off. I'll be pretty busy though--going to my friend's graduation party, my parents house and Dustin's dad's house all in one weekend.

Muffins are my new favorite can't live without em food. The local grocery store's bakery makes incredible ones--cinnamon chip, orange pineapple, rasin bran, pistachio--I could go on and on,...

I love all the awesome thrashed jeans I'm seeing everywhere. However, I will not pay $60 for a pair of jeans with a zillion holes and tears in them. Enter Goodwill jeans, a gallon of bleach, a few brushes, scissors, and me. This is my newest project. I think I'm gonna tackle it when I get out of work tonight.

My kitty got into the...

I went swimming and laid out by the pool at my friend's apartment yesterday. By the way, it's the apartment Dustin and I are hoping to move into in August. I will be lying by that pool every day if we do. Or relaxing in the airconditioned comfort of my bedroom. Yeah, did I mention our airconditioner is broken? Apparently, most of the apartments here...

What a crappy weekend! Had to work at 6:45 a.m. both days and it was hellish, especially Sunday. I came home, showered, went to a co-workers graduation party and came home and fell asleep til about 8:15. I was still dragging, but pulled on some clothes and went out for pizza.

Today will be my sixth day in a row of working. Last week, including...

LOL again!

Well hell - if you can get ahold of, say, that pro-wrestler The Rock, I certainly would not complain about having him follow me around on the occasions when I go into Hollywood at night biggrin biggrin

Now if you are ever able to get out here to visit and we do some shopping on Hollywood Blvd, then we might need a heavily muscled entourage. How cool would THAT be?? They can even haul around all our shopping bags biggrin biggrin

I'm sorry you've had such a crappy week. frown
Hopefully next week goes more smoothly.

Thank you for the luck kiss I think I might have a hard time concieving becuase we have to use a sperm donor, and your chances decrease with that. I just need to be patient.... surreal
