So I'm getting promoted. Sort of. I will get to be in charge of all of the cashiers and utility workers and tell them what to do (not meant in a bossy way just in an autoritiarian way). And take care of anything random that happens as far as service goes. And for all this, I get a quarter more per hour. It won't be every shift, just sometimes. Imagine--they are giving me responsibility. I find it humorous that this announcement comes less than a week after my leaving work in tears saying I can't take it.

Next week is vacation. Woo hoo! I've already bought my boy a few birthday presents but I'm considering getting him some rollerblades so he can come blading with me. Sort of a selfish gift I suppose.

But enough for now, I'm gonna go enjoy my day off.
