I have a big, painful canker sore on the inside of my lip. A co-worker suggested whiskey as a cure. She says if you take a mouthful of whiskey and hold it in your mouth for 30 seconds, and repeat this again a little while later, it will heal within 24 hours. What have I got to lose? If it doesn't work, I'll just get drunk on JD.
