I'm suddenly really looking forward to Valentines Day. I'm not sure why, since we don't even really have plans, but I am. I ordered Dustin something he will love last night--it should be here next week.

I bought a bunch of new scrapbooking stuff today. I've been quite creatively motivated lately. Dustin has been spending a lot of time on his music lately and since we live out of town, I'm not left with a lot to do. I can't sit and watch tv night after night so I've been catching up on my old pics from last year and making V-day stuff.

Dustin took the afternoon off yesterday and we went out to lunch and did some window shopping and had ice cream. It was nice. And I sent my ring in to be sized--it should be back Monday or Tuesday of next week. My tiny little size 4 and a half fingers. They had the cutest, tiniest dog at the jewelry store--she was so adorable, I wanted to put her in my purse and bring her home. But Lucy would eat her--or at least tackle her to death.

And I'm trying to decide whether to cut off my hair or not. Its finally getting pretty long and now I keep thinking about cutting it short again. If it stays long, I want to dye it blond and put in dark streaks (think opposite of highlights). If I get it cut short, I'll probably go with dark brown/black with bright cherry red streaks.

I'm wishing my tax returns were here already. Other than taking the kitty to the vet, I have no plans for the $$$. That's first for me--its usually allotted to something before I ever see it. Most likely I'll spend a hundred or so and save the rest for moving out of this town this summer.

So that's pretty much my boring life lately.
