Well kids, BSU is officially on my hit list. I went for a couple weeks nearly 3 years ago and submitted my withdrawl paperwork well within the required time frame as to not get charged for the semester.I am now being sued for the amount of said semester. Anyone know a way out of this or have an extra 2 grand to pay this off? I am stressed beyond belief with this and I am not sure what to do. There is no way I can afford this right now

Woah, that sucks. You don't still have a copy of the paperwork, do you? The only other thing I can think is find an inexpensive lawyer.

I never made a copy becuase I had faith that I was being told the correct way to handle it
