So these past few days have been mad crazy I tell you!!!!
As I told you all I had to be in Atlanta Thursday morning for my pre-trial. Why I was having a pretrial (that I had to go to ) I did not exactly know. Afterall isnt that why we paid 2500 dollars for the lawyer to take care of that shit for us so we wouldnt have to drive all the way down there!
(and btw this whole thing is over my dui, speeding, expired tag and underage drinking)
So we leave late Wednesday afternoon and arrive in Atlanta around one or two. KHRYPT1C was gracious enough to let us crash at his place for the night. We got up around 7ish (only about 4-5 hrs of sleep was had before my pretrial!!!) and we head out and sit in traffic forever (you know how ATL is) and arrive there just in time.
They call my name and ask if I have an attorney representing me. I answer. He's running late. and the judge says something to me about how he's running late or whatever and tells me to sit tight.
They call my name again later. A man tells me to follow him into the judges chambers. That my attorney was there to speak with me. I go into the room and theres three people there who introduce themselves to me. As PRIVATE EYES!!! I was think WTF HOW DID THEY FIND OUT?!?!?!?!?!?!? haha jk about that part. but seriously i was like wtf. but they were there to speak to me about the Leslie Beebe case. An acquaitence/friend of mine that died in december (possible murder.)
they ask me questions and ask me to ride with them to show them the apartments i'd been to with leslie. (possible murder suspect?)
they tell me that there were 2 autopsies done on her that revealed nothing . her mother then had her body creamated so they arent able to run anymore tests.
There were marks/bruises around her neck but there was no ocular trauma (or whatever you'd call it) YOu see when some is usually asphyxiated their eyes will be bloodshot. hers looked perfectly normal. The toxicology reports came back showing that there were no drugs in her system. I want to say more but I dont want to put her information out there. I know she's not with us anymore but she deserves some respect . She really was a sweet sweet girl that deserved better. She may have been into some extracurricular activities but she was NOT a bad person. In fact I'd consider her one of the sweetest I've ever met. Honestly sweet. SHe loved children. She wanted to help me get my stuff together and get my son back. We talked about getting a place together and letting my son move in. She was a good person.
well so there was no pretrial. they tricked me. its frustrating we drove all the way up there for the courts to lie to me. so now i have it rescheduled for may 12th and i will not be going up there for it. my attorney will be doing it like should be. wish me luck

maybe i'll say more about all this later but i''m exhausted .
I had a lovely time taking the trip up and back with my sweetheart though. Thanks for taking care of me and looking out for me
Here's to the future that leslies death helped me realize I have in reach and I dont want to lose. She helped me realize I have everything I need and that I have a beautiful life that can only get better as long as I let it and work hard at it. Here's to people I care about and people who care about me <3.

that was very sneaky of them. I love it when people are sneaky. That was pretty fucked up though. I would kick my lawyer's ass! why couldn't they just tell you what it was about? weird. Good luck with the case thing. I hope Leslie's case is solved too.
