I always enjoy going out with my friends. Mostly, we stick with what we know and what we like. Recently, however, we have been restless. I am not sure if this is a group occurrence, or if there is a particular individual that is influencing us to explore new venues for our merry making, but what ever the reason, we have found ourselves in some interesting places, and some not-so-fun predicaments.

In all of this, we gain experience. What type of places do we like? How far are we willing to drive? Should I wear a black bra with my white shirt when it is raining? Most of all, we have discovered this vital key to our outing enjoyment:

If we don't like it, we can just leave.

This was first discovered during the search for some club south of Stockbridge. It took us a while to find it, but when we did, we realized that we didn't like it. So, we left. Then, we went somewhere we liked. It was that simple. But the rule goes further.

Not only can one leave a bar/club/eatery that one does not like, but one can even just leave a whole town... a state.... It hasn't been tested, but I venture to say, even a country!

Now that I have shared this with you, I hope that if you are ever in a place you do not wish to be, you just leave.
