@rambo @missy wanted to know what my next big purchase i'm saving for is.....
so my hubby, baby&&i currently live in a townhouse that my sister bought (&&she doesn't charge us rent). so, it would be nice to purchase a house of our own. however, living in the bay area, California, that dream is sometimes really just a dream. it's so damn fucking expensive to live out here. there has been a few times where moving to a different state has crossed my mind, but at the same time, we love it here in california....so..yeah, that would be the next big purchase - a house with an actual backyard for the dogs to run (not this townhouse tiny concrete backyard shit).

Unfortunately, yes. 70-80% is pretty normal. Summers are pretty hot but winters are really mild. Property tax is really low, though.
