Sorry for the delay in getting word out about my wife. She had her second lumpectomy ysterday and came through with flying colors. She is home resting comfortably. Of course, we have to wait for the pathology report to comeback...and that won't be until Feb 1. Until then, we wait patiently(yeah, right! ) for the good word.

The latest on my wife Kathy is her next surgery is scheduled for Jan. 23. AFter that, we will get the pathology back from the Doctor on Feb 1. HOPEFULLY...this will be the last surgery she will need, and if all goes well, she will begin her six weeks of radiation shortly afterwards. Just got back from my wife's post surgery appointment. We discovered that she has to go back for some more surgery because the margins were not quite clean enough to suit her surgeon.
