Hello All !

Hope everyone is having a good weekend. It's another Sunday night and I am at the radio station...currently playing Depeche Mode's 'Enjoy the Silence'. I've had a very nice day today. It's my wife's birthday today. She got to open her gifts this morning while eating the breakfast I made her... Pumpkin French Toast, Maple flavored bacon, and a nice fruit salad. We also enjoyed some fine Irish creme coffee too!

This will be a busy week. I am doing Thanksgiving dinner this year for my wife and my Mom. In recent years, I had been buying it from another source, but I decided to do it myself. The menu is as follows

Roast Turkey Breast w/Gravy
Sausage Cornbread Stuffing
Green Bean Casserole
Baked Sweet Potatoes
Mashed Potatoes
Sugar free Cranberry Relish
Sugar free Pumpkin Pie

And after all of that I am working Thanksgiving night from 7:00 pm until Midnight. I think I will be making some coffee that night! If I don't post again until after the holiday, I wish everyone and their families a very happy and safe Thanksgiving! Seeya!
