Hey Everyone!
Sorry for the delay in getting word out about my wife. She had her second lumpectomy ysterday and came through with flying colors. She is home resting comfortably. Of course, we have to wait for the pathology report to comeback...and that won't be until Feb 1. Until then, we wait patiently(yeah, right!
) for the good word.
I would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers as well as loads of good karma for us...it has been a big help. Once again, I will continue with the updates.
Also on the medical front, my father, who has been in and out of the hospital for the past month battling pneumonia, amongst a host of other issues, seems to be on the upswing. I'm still worried about the growth he appears to have on his lungs...the doctors still don't know what it is and probably won't for awhile. He is seeing a lung specialist next month...that should be where we get some answers.
Thiss year has not exactly gotten off to a rosey start...Damn!
