Could be warning me against those things, as last night I took a very big and slightly scary step for me. I attended the first meeting of a new group of women in Portland that will hopefully be the nucleus for a coven. I've been feeling the pull toward a more group-oriented focus to my spiritual life, and this might just be what I'm looking for. Stagnation? Definitely been feeling that for a while. Cramped vision? It's been getting that way. Fear of change? Yeah, that's always in the back of my mind. And I'm talking big honkin' changes like this - not little changes like, should I try a different breakfast cereal or something. So, another prescient reading here...

Speaking of big honkin' changes - I'm thinking, after my hair grows out a bit, of growing dreadlocks. Yeah yeah, I know - they scream "hippie." Well, can't I be a neo-hippie who bathes and doesn't do drugs, but still believes in peace and love? Huh? Can't I??

Well, this has absolutely nothing to do with peace and love - but I just want to say that seeing the dead, frozen body of Michael Cambias hanging in a meat locker on "All My Children" this week was one of the most beautiful sights I've ever seen on television..... The rat bastard scumbag is DEAD DEAD DEAD!!!!!
