And today's tarot card is:

The Hierophant. "He reflects his spiritual beliefs and concern for others through example." It actually started to come up reversed, meaning "a false prophet, presumptuous, self-righteous." Rather appropriate for a Sunday, flipping through the channels and watching the televangelists smugly proclaim that they are right and everyone who does not believe exactly the way they do will be roasting in hell for all eternity... whatever

The Twilight Rummage Sale was fun! Byron had a martini, I had a rum and coke, we both had Boca Burgers and onion rings, and then we bought stuff. He got a few LPs, and I got the Le Tigre Remix 12" and "The Lusty Lady" by Erika Langley. I've walked past the Lusty Lady in Seattle a few times, but never had the nerve to go in. I think the women who work there - ALL women who work in strip clubs - deserve a medal and a million dollar raise.

Not much else to say today. It's going to be one of those stay-at-home-and-putz-around days, for sure. The weather's been beautiful - not too hot, not too cold, sunshine, just the way I like it. I love Portland, I don't care what anyone else says... biggrin
