We ended up not going to the jazz festival yesterday (will probably go by there today), but we did hit the Twilight Rummage Sale. A good time was had by all! Byron found some records, and I found a book on the history of fashion. We took the bus so didn't feel like buying too much that we had to lug around. If I didn't already have so much unorganized junk around here, I would have gotten some nice vintage jewelry or something. But it was fun. We had tofu dogs and onion rings, Byron had a martini and I had a rum and coke, and we just sat there for a while soaking up the funky atmosphere. I still think we should have an SG contingent hit these things on a regular basis, but nobody in the SGPDX group seems too enthused about it... Oh well. Their loss!
