not at all, i wish more people would say what/how they feel more often. if you ever offend me youll hear it cuz im not one to be shy about it. im very blunt. anyway sweetie i know i agree about the drinking thing, everyone in my family is/were alcoholics (were because most drank themselves to death) so i understand. its totally cool sweetie dont you worry at all.

It seems to happen mostly in hot weather, and after a few seconds of excruciating pain they usually ease up and go away. Well, it happened again for the first time in months at 4 this morning. Thanks for the sympathetic words, everyone. The nail's still fairly tender but hurts a lot less. I think I do see a bit of wood still stuck under there; the dark spot may be a bit of paint. It's just gonna have to grow out, I guess. What a way to start the summer quarter...

It's probably too late to be telling you this but, for future refrence. If you get blood built up under your finger nail drill a hole in your nail. It will relieve the pressure of the blood and the pain goes away instantly. You have no nerves in your nail so the drill does't cause any pain. just a FYI
