Have indulged in party extras on a number of occasions but that has always been for entertainment and never as an "escape"........rock and roll pretty much does it for me,and footy,and a few beers,and riding my bike and sometimes solitude,peace and quiet.

Didn't know Andy Warhol said that, but for the past few years I've owned nothing more than will fit in the back of my car. We have no furniture except for a card table and folding chair on which I perform my daily labors. Bed is an air mattress on the living room floor, by the fireplace. No TV ... I've never seen "Saturday Night Live," or "The Simpsons" or "Seinfeld" ... nothing on the walls. A lot of books, though. I collect them, almost against my will.

Lately I've been in the midst of trying to sell and/or get rid of a bunch of my stuff.. but it's extremely difficult when you're a photographer and you *have* to accumulate props.. ...and it doesn't help that my boyfriend is an audio-engineer and is always managing to bring home new gear... *sigh*
