Today was defenitly more productive then the last few, haha. I've been calling my most recent employer quite frequently because EI told me i must have my record of employment in by a certain date or basically, im fucked. Its been three weeks to the day and still cant even get one of those people on the phone.
So i went down there and walked into the main office and sat in the front of their desk, when the lady was ready to speak with me i explained to her that i was the rude girl on the phone who apologized a thousant times for being rude [im too sweet to be mean to anyone], luckily the receptionist totally knew who i was and who i needed to speak with, i told the next lady [the one i have been calling at least five times everyday asking her to return my calls. I honestly thought she was a fake person because she never returned a single call] I told her that i would not leave without my record of employment and the fact that they had to let it go this long without contacting me about this was unjuste on their part.
[This next part is a fucking joke, i wanted to scream in the bitches face.this is a huge company we are talking about here, not some tiny fast food restaurant in the mall. THis place takes inbound calls from the USA for Hewlett Packard]
I looked at the record of employment and the social insurance number was wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I asked the lady what the hell was going on? she tried to convince me that i gave them the wrong number, i have had this fucking SIN number since i was old enough to get one, and i memorized it that very same day. I guess i had stood there for a moment and didnt say anything xause she opened her dumb mouth again and said "Well that SIN number is valid"
All i could thing was what the fuck does it matter if it is valid, that could be anyones. Great now the government isnt gonna have any record of me ever working there. Except i did my taxes this year, but that just doesnt make sense.
I just cant believe i have had to go through all this bullshit to get away from this job like they asked me to, you'd think they'd be on the ball for this one.
They had sent it to my ex-boyfriends house of like a year, but we broke up a while back and i gave them a letter explaining the address change, baaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!

I've had better luck with smaller businesses i've worked for, go figure.
