I went to this Child abuse prevention seminar on Monday for class. It was really interesting. There were a lot of things I was interested in knowing about when to suspect it and what the procedures are when dealing with it. 
Yesterday was weird. I woke up and started frantically cleaning becasue there were people coming to see our apartment. Des called and he was my guardian angel and said do you want me to come over and help you. So almost exactly when he got here I got a call from work asking if I could come in. So I explained to them my situation and they were like can you just come in for an hour? And seeing that my work is approximately a 14 second walk away I decided to help them out. I only actually had to stay for 45 minutes before another supply showed up. So I went home. when I stepped in the door the phone rang. It was work, "can you come back?" "Guys I told you I have someone ccoming to see my apartment." Then they inform me that one of the staff members brother was found dead in his apartment.
So i say ok. I let Des know everything that has to be done. He offers to show my apartment and everything. He's amazing and I run to work. It was a nice /easy day. not too many kids and I like working in that room.
Because Des was so great we made him dinner last night after I picked up a very grumpy liandra from her babysitter. She told me she had a terrible time and I felt bad and i let her stay up way too late. Anyway, I should think about packing some stuff, Packings good. Or not.
