Bad, bad, bad day at work today. Almost comical, but you be the judge.
First, I had a dentist appointment. 1 cavity, 1 damaged filling to be replaced. Then a scorpion tried to attack me when I got to work. My boss killed it with the 1500-page History of Europe. (I work at his house when I'm not working at mine.) Then I found out that my direct deposit didn't go through because the accountant "forgot" to do mine. Um. Yeah. (But our landlord's cool, so it's no big deal.)
Then I tried to leave work, and the front door was stuck so I couldn't get out. I broke a nail trying to open it. Then I tried the side gate, and that wasn't opening either. Aaargh. So finally, the front door opened and I got the hell out of there.
Oh yeah. I so want sushi and some kind of beer or something right now.
