My new year's was uneventful. turned down some lame parties. instead, had a bottle of good champagne at home (delicious--i'm used to the cheapo kind!). thought about last new year's and cried. woke up to a lovely nightmare this morning.

As for me, yeah, patience is something I have to have. My son will be 8 on new years eve....and because single fathers are as rare as black Republicans, I have put up with all her crap for the most part, because here in Jersey, we have one of those court systems where the mother can be a crack whore who has butt-sex with labradors for a living...and so long as she doesnt hit her kids, she'll get custody. So my ex likes to lord that over my head whenever we argue...
