Kind of funny. I went to the dentist in the fall for the firts time in years, and that was almost my exact diagnosis. 12ish cavities, one tooth that had a cavity so bad it needed to be pulled, and a couple wisdom teeth that should go. I don't have a dental plan, but I've had all that work done (except the wisdom tooth thing) and I'm paying it off slowly over the coming year.
