OK I am officially really sick of this weather...yesterday... i'm in Baltimore eating brunch with some SG buds.. it's 70 and sunny. Today I'm in Philadelphia...and it's FUCKING SNOWING...arrrgh....!!! oh well, to look on the bright side of things...Snow is an excellent excuse to make....SOUP! ...warmy,brothy,goodness made from scratch

i guess I can't complain about the weather tooooo much , seeing as i have definitely seen longer stretches of grey and misero weather...think Portland fall, East Coast winter straightback to Portland/Seattle on to Dutch Harbor for a nice winter on the Bering Sea,go directly to London/Amsterdam...do not pass go do not see the sun reliably for close to 7 months....good thing I don't have to rely on photosynthesis........oh well.......off to start choppin mirepoix,defrost some stock and get the soup on it's way............hey is that a chocolate popsicle in the freezer?..
