I decided to bail on my ex-job.....but don't worry I made sure I got my old one back before I resorted to such drastic measures...
The place sucked ...no supervision, no repercussions for workers who habitually showed up 3 hours late and then left on time, drinking while working....NOT something I am a fan of in a kitchen...you wanna have a few beers after we're finished and are cleaning up? ..no problem, hell I'll be joining you. You wanna drink during a rush and then get lazy and spout verbal diarreha ?...Fuck that shit.

Besides, now I am back in the union, have kick-ass benefits, weekends off, have access to the pick of the litter as far as seafood goes.., my schedule is much better as far as my girl is concerned, before we were working complete opposites and it was causing turmoil...not something I relish with someone as special as she is
