Holy Hot!
Today's gonna be a scorcher...near 100 and hellafied humidity..more of the same tomorrow and the rest of the week..
Not so bad in my place as I have a massive AC unit,however I do have a huge bank of 11 ft. windows with dead-on western exposure...not bad early in the day when everything is cool, but in the afternoon when everything is already heated up...Blammo!..with out the AC on it can get up to almost 90 in here...I 've hung double drapes and that seems to help , but in the interest of saving my electric bill, I've taken huge sheets of mylar bubble wrap and hung them over the windows...therefore reflecting the heat and sun , and keeping me cool. Makes my place as dark as a crystal-meth den!...woo-hoo!
