I've been so healthy this week. No alcohol, no caffiene, eating well, big bottle of water a day. It's great, I sleep better, have more energy blah blah blah

I'm going to undo all the good work this weekend though

New tyres for the car today, I think tyre tread is over rated, but I guess it's the law. Couldn't be without my car, beyond driving for fun, it's 15 minutes to drive to work or 40 minutes on the underground. hmmm, sorry eco-warriors, it's not a tough choice for me.

the "so there's this girl" entry might be resurfacing soon. the girl in question gets back from the states soon. To get in the good books I got her backstage passes for the warped show she's going to. That's got to be a few bonus points
