ugh. i thought about that. the thing is, it's a brand new oven. it just got replaced because the old one was really really old and the temp was way off. i so do not want to call back and say i'm having the same problem with the new one. *sigh* i may have to go out and get my own oven thermometer and mess with it if things don't improve.
