I'll have to take a look at that book. I don't know what to do. When I took time off from karate for 6 months last year I lost weight. When I started it back up again *bam* 10 pounds right back on. It's so frustrating. I know muscle weighs more than fat but if the fat would just go away and leave the muscle I'd be golden! I don't want any more muscle than I already have. If/when I lose the weight I'll probably already look too muscly as it is
