ok - update time

backpacking was super good. the weather was perfect 65 and sunny.

we packed in about a mile or so - i know just a shorty. then setup camp, filtered water, then went on a longer hike (10 miles or so).

the best part was i slept under the stars on this bed of 4" of sphagnum moss. I looked straight up...

Another beautifull day here! Sunny and 50 already at 8:10.

Well.. so far I've made it to the gym 4 days last week and I'm just leaving now for the 2nd day this week. Go me!

Gah - worked my ass off the last few days. Getting a new file server built just to find the deployment has been delayed a week. mad mad mad

In other news the snows melting fast here. It's 42 degrees F. Should be a nice Easter weekend. I'm hoping to fly my kites love love love Yeah - I know it's dorky but I like it anyway.

Winter camping was fun. Not enough snow while we were there to do much. A little sledding - no boarding frown.

So we have to leave early Sunday and of course if snowed like crazy all Saturday night into Sunday. So the roads back are really F**king slippery. Ack eeek

This weeks going good - getting lots of stuff done off my list-o-tasks at work.

Albino? Really? I've never seen that. We have lots of grey squirrels, but I have recently spotted a little red one in the tree across the street. I didn't think they lived around here. He is even more squirrelly than the grey ones. We also have mysterious black ones. I need to find more out about those...
